His working hour is terribly long, from 9.30am till 11pm plus 1 hour to travel back home by bus. We seldom chat after a month and now he requested for separation. Reason: do not feel to commit in relationship as he has no time for it. I have a hard time to decide should I let go the relationship. Our parents have accepted each as a part of their family and now every efforts spoil down to the end. Some told me that sales coordinator has no prospect as higher post will be sales manager or team lead, while banking field has stagnant pay yet high workloads.
