Help ! Problem connect PS4 with Maxis Broadband

Hi guys as topic I couldn't connect my PS4 to my Maxis broadband by WIFI connection.
I have done the port-forwarding as this tutorial teaches : http://portforward.com/english/routers/por...E/MF93D/PS4.htm
I'm using my computer static IP Address as the destination address, is it correct ?
If anyone has tried before and succesful please give me some guide, thanks !
