Where can find CPU delid service?

Hi, is there any shop to recommend for CPU delidding service?

I have an i7-4790K, the Core #0 constantly hits 100 and throttles even at stock settings.
Repasting didn't help, so most likely its internal issue.

I have been browsing listings for a specific place for renting through 3 websites (iProperty / PropertyGuru / Edgeprop).

So far, had to sift through alot of redundant, misleading or unrelated pictures of every unit. Found a few that kind of matches what I'd prefer, and... the damn agent doesn't even bother responding.
Even one listed but description mentions to contact someone else LOL.

I've left enquiry messages, whatsapped some, called some and yet none of them even bothered to respond.

Is this normal for them to just ignore potential sales? Any advice if I really want to view units?
