Car A (me) stop becoz front vehicle (B) turning right to enter a premise. Come motorcycle (M) bang rear of my car.

Broken left tail / rear signal light. Denting area near rear light. Scratching are near the light and rear passanger door.

How and what to do to claim repair cost from M? don't want to lose my NCD.

[ MS EXCEL ] Conditional Formattin Weird Behavior

Firstly, I conditionally set certain cells (green colour in picture below), to be Green if the value above 0.0001.

cells set to comply: =$H$10,$P$10,$X$10,$AF$10,$AN$10,$AV$10,$H$20,$P$20,$X$20,$H$30,$P$30,$H$40,$H$50,$P$50,$X$50,$AF$50,$AN$50,$P$40,$X$40

However, I had change of mind and decide to increase value to above 69.9999.

The problem is, after I change value from 0.0001 to 69.9999, the conditional formatting rule doesn't applied to selected cells. They all change to white, no matter what value I key in or result of calculations, cells shading stubbornly stay as no colour.

If I start new excel doc and use same value and conditional formatting, it applied to this new doc sheets.
