Probs activatin window Key(OEM) after PC reformat.

I brought a custom build desktop months ago, but something went wrong and the pc was reformatted.
After I took my pc back, my window was no longer genuine and it asked me to insert window key to activate it,
but after checking my papers and bills I realized the window key was OEM.

So, is there any chance that I can get my window key back? I do have a Serial Number printed behind the item - "Microsoft Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (OEM)" in my bill.
Do the serial number serves me anything?

A question for freelancers regarding Logo Design.

I was asked to design a team logo for my friend's team. (Dota 2)
I wanna ask what is the price I should charge him, or should I say how much will you charge him?
Because I had no experience regarding logo design stuffs.

Pavilion 22fi pinkish/red color in the right side.

As seen above, was it hardware problem? Used the monitor for around 1 years half.
It should not be the cable problem as I used diff cables and unplug/replug method but no help.
I still have 2 years warranty.

Forced into BIOS setting on every startup.

Everytime the PC is turned off then back on or even restarted it goes into configuration/Bios set-up mode.
Everytime it does this the boot sequence is out of whack along with the clock and any other settings..
(Almost as if I just put the PC together and am going to run the initial system set up).

IDK if any information will help me to solve this problem but,
here's my spec.

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
O/S: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

Anyone know the route to Sunway Pyramid from(avoid taxi):

Putrajaya Sentral?
KL Sentral?
or Bandar Tasik Selatan?

The use of Vsync and Max frame rate?

Like above, Most of the game have those two options,
Vsync and refresh rate/maximum rate etc...
But I don't know whats the use of those two,
because I turned on Vsync and rate 60 fps and my game started to lag and become choppy
but the graphic seems the same to me.

Cigarette bad breath/Smelly problems

Yeah, like the title.
I want to start smoking, and I planned not to tell my parents first.
But I haven't buy any cigarette yet because I have questions lol.
Does the bad breath or, the smoke smells from your body depends on how many cigar you smoked already,
or depends on the average cigar you smoked, maybe per week or per month?

Any killing/blood/gore anime that recommended?

1 Utama Shopping Mall Bus Stop

Well, this is my first time taking a bus to 1 utama mall.
I know the way from putrajaya central to 1U mall.
the problem is that I don't know where to wait for the bus that from 1 utama shopping mall back to Putrajaya.
Do I go to the same place where the bus left me at bandar utama? or is there any bus I can take at 1U Mall?
