Dear Sifu,

i Have been driving for 2 weeks, from 12pm - 5pm Daily. Sometimes can get RM 100+, sometimes RM 80+. Is this normal?
How to improve more? I need at least RM 200 NET per day....Please teach me....urgently need advise here..... T.T

(sorry for broken English)

I'm 28 years old, have been working for 4 years, selling 2nd-hand properties (my income is all purely based on commissionl)

For the past 2 years, my sales dropped,sometimes no sales at all, have to fully depends on saving to survive.

My commitment is about RM 6000 per month (food, petrol, car, houses, rental, phone bill, credit card, parents..etc)

I work hard everyday to chase back my sales, i stop travelling around, stop entertainment, stop buying luxury.

I don't know what to do now, i only left RM 1000 in my saving. i have been living in fears/nightmare for the past 1 year.

Anyone encountered same situation like me? What will you do? I REALLY NEED SOME SOLID ADVICE.
I don't want to go back for 9-6pm working life, i don't want to drive GRAB/UBER.

Hi Everyone. Need some advice here.

My family financial background is not so good, but then i'm able to finish my degree soon with ptptn loan and parents support.

Currently i'm undergoing my internship(Trainee at Customer Service Dept)

Going to finish my intern in 2 more months. In between, I realized that i'm not willing work and repeat the same job and routine for the rest of my life.So, I decided to involved in sales. (I'm taking BBA majoring in Management)

Mostly sales job require us to posses own transport, as what i mention, i'm not from rich family, it is impossible to get a car whenever i wish.

What should i do? Should i choose to work the job that doesn't require us to posses own transport, until i manage to buy a new car, then only I change field?

What kind of sales job that have great potential to earn more? Insurance? AmWay? Direct Sales?
