I am newbie looking for more affordable living space for own stay. Currently renting a room in pj due to working convenient.

Any taikos got any good suggestions for affordable apartment ?

Taikos just suggest out regardless location wise, i will still consider to buy also since small income like me cannot compete with others for new development..

I would like to try on balloting for new apartment project also..

Hi Folks and peeps,

I have a plan to joint name with my friend to purchase a property, both of us have mutual mindset to joint name on it.

I heard A said most of banks hardly approve joint name of unrelated-relationship applicants ; B told me his senior had this kind of cases approved.

I am seriously looking and begging for professional advise from any Sifu or Professional Bankers.

guys, i saw there is a electrical shop newly opened in taman paragon, selayang. I talked with the salesman and he introduced me the cash rebate of the shop.

somehow, the rebate is only applicable for next purchase. I doubt about it since i never seen any chain store of it....

any comment from you guys??

All Taikos, i saw this ads in Rawang, it is an Apartment near Taman Desa Mas, i called the number and they are now accepting registration, as i know, this is leasehold project, and further info the sweet lady said will be updated from time to time.

so, how u all think about this one? of course this is meant for low cost investment la....and also for lower income ppl like me.....
