Between mc3 or bezza 1.0 which one suitable?

Mc3 I'm worried maintenance cost and parts availability problem, but handling is good and safer with airbags and colder aircond. Mc3 only can repair at sc only. And saw many problems in FB group.

Bezza 1.0 I'm worried not save to drive because very fragile,and no power, but maintenance is cheap and can repair anywhere

She can only drive auto.

A 46-year-old man has been sentenced to five years in prison and one stroke of the cane after pleading guilty to raping a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing for four days after skipping school in Kepong
The man, identified as Goh Sek Loong, was charged under Section 376(1) of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and whipping.

He appeared in court on 1 August looking dazed and disoriented, at times mumbling contradictory statements about the charge, reported the New Straits Times.

The judge postponed proceedings to allow for a Mandarin interpreter and a medical evaluation.

Ng returned to court on Monday, 4 August, where he pleaded guilty before the Muar Sessions Court.

He admitted to raping the teenager at a rented homestay in Taman Putera Indah, Batu Pahat, on the night of 26 July.

In mitigation, the accused cited regret and poor health, but the prosecution stressed the seriousness of the offence, highlighting the victim's age and vulnerability.

According to police investigations, he had picked the girl up in a white Toyota SUV after she left school on the morning of 23 July
The girl, who had met Goh through online gaming, was believed to have been groomed over a period of three months.

The man allegedly used false promises of a house and a car to manipulate her into meeting him in person.

The girl was eventually located by police in Johor on 27 July after four days of searching by the family and authorities.

The man was arrested later the same day.

The MADANI government is considering a new retirement plan that may allow Employees Provident Fund (EPF) members to receive monthly pension payouts in addition to the existing lump-sum option.

This move aims to help retirees manage their savings more wisely and secure long-term income after they stop working.

Two-part EPF savings system under review

As outlined in the 13th Malaysia Plan report, the proposal involves dividing EPF contributions into two parts — one for a retirement lump sum and another for monthly pension payments.

This setup would let retirees withdraw part of their savings while still receiving monthly support from the pension portion.

Current EPF withdrawal rules

At present, EPF members can fully withdraw their savings when they turn 55. The fund is split into three accounts:

Account 1 is for long-term retirement savings and only accessible upon retirement.

Account 2 supports housing, education, healthcare, insurance/takaful, and hajj.

Account 3, launched last year, allows more flexible withdrawals at any time.

EPF sees strong returns in 2024
The EPF, which serves private-sector workers, delivered a 6.3% dividend return for both conventional and Shariah accounts in 2024 — among the highest compared to other government investment funds.

Other government-linked funds include Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), which manages ASB and ASN, and Lembaga Tabung Haji, the pilgrim savings fund

I'm starting a new chapter in life but I've been out of the loop for a long time, and need guidance from experienced people here.

I've decided to shelved my business idea because it's not a good idea to have a friend as a partner, plus I lacked the skills to do the job.

Fatboy Jho low is still living atas life

PETALING JAYA: Fugitive financier Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, is allegedly residing in a high-end neighbourhood in Shanghai and holding a fake Australian passport, according to investigative journalists Bradley Hope and Tom Wright.
In a YouTube livestream yesterday, the duo said they gathered evidence from various sources and newly-uncovered documents which showed that Low is living in a mansion in Green Hills, an “ultra high-end neighbourhood” in Shanghai, China.

They added that Low was using a fake Australian passport with the Greek name “Constantinos Achilles Veis” to hide his identity, Variety reported.

Hope and Wright also claimed that Low was now working as a “behind-the-scenes strategist for the Chinese government”. His role allegedly includes helping sanctioned companies from China “navigate difficulties around the world”.

Hope and Wright are former Wall Street Journal journalists who broke many of the key early 1MDB stories and co-wrote the book “Billion Dollar Whale” about the scandal.

In March, it was reported that several investigative journalists and cryptocurrency enthusiasts had launched a meme coin bounty system in the latest effort to locate Low’s whereabouts.

Hope had said that the bounty system using the meme coin known as $JHOLOW was aimed at obtaining tip-offs on Low.

Describing it as a “grand experiment in participatory journalism”, Hope said it was a test to see whether a coin’s value can be driven not just by speculation, but by the value of information it helps uncover.

Information on Low’s whereabouts would be vetted by a team of moderators, with those who channel verified and useful tip-offs to be rewarded with the crypto token.

Different bounty amounts will be given depending on the value of information shared.

Low, who has been charged in Malaysia and the US over allegations that he orchestrated the theft of US$4.5 billion from 1MDB, was previously said to be in Macau, although Beijing has denied protecting the fugitive financier.

Police confirm nudity at marriage motivation progr

SHAH ALAM: Police have confirmed that nudity occurred during the recent eHati marriage motivation programme.

Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said four facilitators were involved in a "rebirth" ritual during the event where they were naked.

"Based on our investigations, participants were charged between RM6,000 and RM9,000 for two separate packages.

"Those who paid for the RM9,000 package were granted access to a 'Queens Night' scene where nudity was involved," he told reporters today.
He said investigations revealed that participants included professionals and civil servants.

"The participants came from all over the country. One of them was traced and caught in Kedah.

"Based on our checks, the event was not religious or Islamic in nature but based more on motivation," he said, adding that participants from different religions were also involved as it aimed to help them rediscover happiness.

He said these programmes had been conducted in the past but police believed this was the first time the "Queens Night" ritual was performed.

"We have gathered various liquid samples from the event for further analysis by the Chemistry Department to identify if they were laced with drugs or prohibited substances.

"We have a list of the 50 people, including participants, who attended the event.

"To date, we have already recorded statements from 30 of them, including the organisers and facilitators

I'm going to start a new life, so I'm thinking of starting a business.

I'm thinking house and office tinting; just a small one.

I've done some calculation and found two suppliers and managed to find one person to work for me; he's good at his job and he's my friend.

Is this a good idea? Or maybe this is my manic episode. I'm afraid it's the latter.

Any suggestions that I can use to start my new business?

HELP I'M LOST

I'm 32 yo. I'm an OKU (mental) for bipolar disorder. I've lost my job due to injury at my work place; back injury. My highest education is SPM.
Dropped out of college due to my sickness; bipolar. Spent years seeing many doctors and trying many types of medication. Now I'm stable after I've found suitable meds for myself.

I don't know what to do in my life. I'm lost and depressed now.

My mom and sister told me to continue study, start with diploma at GMI.

But lack confidence to do so, maybe due to my age. I'm afraid that no one will hire me because by the time I've graduated I'll be 35. Who wants an old guy working at an entry level job. Plus, if I decided to pursue my education I'm afraid that I can't blend in with all the young students.

If I decided on continuing my studies what course should I take at GMI.

I'm not interested in part time studies because I'm unable to study with no structure and accountability. So that is a straight failure. Done that before I can't do it.

My life, I need structure so I can cope. Lack of it I'll fail.

Or should I end it. Prospect of not living seems the best option now.

NGO condemned PMX caricature Dibakar

SEVERAL Sabah political groups have condemned the burning of a placard with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s picture during an anti-corruption protest, describing it as excessive, disrespectful, and contrary to the state’s tradition of civil discourse.

The incident occurred during the Gempur Rasuah Sabah 2.0 rally at Lintasan Deasoka, organised by student group Suara Mahasiswa UMS.

The placard, showing a caricature of the prime minister, was set alight as the demonstration drew to a close today as part of a symbolic gesture to demand the premier’s action against corruption in the state.

MUDA Sabah expressed concern over the symbolism, saying the act—though reflecting deep public frustration—was ultimately reckless.

“Even if public anger is real and justified, burning imagery in a public space, with children and elderly around, is irresponsible.

“Sabahans deserve change, but through courage and integrity—not provocation,” the party said in a statement on Sunday.

The youth wing of Sabah PKR condemned the act as disrespectful to the reform movement and inconsistent with democratic norms.

“Burning the image of a prime minister who has fought corruption for decades does not align with the spirit of principled protest.”

“This kind of street-level gimmickry risks undermining real institutional progress,” said the state youth chief Mohd Nur Hilmie Milus.

G57 leader Datuk Zulkarnain Mahdar went further, calling the act “rude and extreme”, and urged Sabahans to reject what he described as a creeping culture of political hostility.

“The people of Sabah are known for their courtesy and calm. This kind of spectacle is shocking and uncharacteristic,” he said.

Parti Warisan also distanced itself from the alleged burning of the controversial protest prop.

Warisan information chief Datuk Azis Jamman also addressed the placard-burning, stressing that no party member was involved in the act.

“Based on the information we’ve received, the burning was done by the students themselves.

KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Najib Razak has been granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) in his RM27 million SRC International Sdn Bhd money laundering case.
Justice K Muniandy made the ruling in the High Court this morning.

Najib’s counsel Shafee Abdullah submitted last week that it was unfair for his client to wait indefinitely for a fixed trial date as the prosecution was unable to provide a timeline to gather exhibits used in the previous SRC trial.

The court was told that 807 exhibits were tendered in the earlier SRC trial.
