Here are some details <br /><br />- 20×70<br />- Piping &amp; wiring is OK, but need to do some minor touch ups <br />- need to re-tile kitchen and car poach <br />- need to rework on all 3 bathrooms, only master will need shower glassdoor <br />- need new kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, beds, sofas, curtains <br />- need dining table and chairs, fridge, cooker hood, stoves<br />- some minor indoor renovation of breaking walls and opening up the layout <br />- new autogate and awning for car porch <br />- new lights, fans and ACs <br /><br />The house is already extended so I&#39;m not doing any major renovation. Mostly it would be indoor only<br /><br />Any rough estimate will be good.
