New iPhone owner needs help!

hi guys, i was recently a proud new owner of an iphone. however, i'm encountering a couple of problems here i would need help with:

1. when the phone syncs with my address book, about 25 of my contacts aren't copied to the phone, and i have to do it manually. the next sync then those i copied in manually would turn up in the address book resulting in double entry.

2. is there a way i can install bossprefs without going online with my iphone? (ie, via the usb cable provided, install from macbook)

3. how do i actually put in videos into my iphone to watch?

hi guys, would like to know where in subang/kl area that i can go to in order to purchase the 1st generation iphone? 16gb preferred.
and may i also know the current price for 8gb and 16gb so that i wont get ripped off hehe.
