CIMB Flexi Home Loan

Hi, I have a Flexi Home loan with CIMB Bank and they just disburse the first draw down to the developer and my current account which is tied with loan is showing - RM XXXXX. I supposed the -RM XXXXX will be credited to a new loan account. is that how it works? or my current account will be showing -RMXXXXX for the whole tenure?

Any clarification is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Home Loan Application

Hi, I am applying for a housing loan, after i submitted all the documents, the banker said my income is not enough due to commitment is too high. I shared some loan with my parent which is covered by their rental income. So i provided my parent's tenancy agreement which amount is higher than enough to cover the loan installments, but the banker said because my name is not on the tenancy agreement, then they can not accept as proof. My question is, are all the banks not accepting the tenancy agreement which covered all the loan installment because it does not have my name?
