Hi all, im planning to set up a small coin operated laundry with a partner. Capital including deposit and rent cost somewhere around 80k. Anyone here has experience owning 1/currently owning 1/ friends family own 1, may i have your input on this matter especially on ROI and the challenges owning 1. Thank you.

Guys..im not a pro car guy. These pics are from my 2011 Myvi lagi best. The ride comfort is stiff n rough..the absorber confirm kong liao coz the mechanic at the tyre shop said so. He didnt mention about the spring. Can someone tell if my car springs are broken? If yes, any other brands w same level ride comfort that u can suggest?

Recently booked Honda City...i know the perks for december offer is high rebate. BUT, i dont know whether to register december because of good rebate? Or January 2017 because easier to sell in the future...thats what i heard la. Guys, i need your help.
