Audio technica IEM repair

Hi there,

I was wondering if there are local third party shops repairing IEMs? In particular, Audio Technica ATH-E40. The right side is not as loud anymore. It's definitely not the wires because I've tried switching the sides. Also, the warranty has run out.

Import duties for Ceramics

I would like to start a business selling ceramic tableware e.g. Plates, bowls, cups etc. I will be importing these from China. I would like to know if anyone else is in the business, and what are the import duties of such products?

I've looked through multiple treads on here, but many of them are from a few years ago and may not be applicable anymore. If there are any logistics / freight sifus here who can help, It'd be greatly appreciated!

Liquor license for online business

Hi,

I'm planning to run an online e-commerce platform to sell alcoholic beverages, with home delivery. My products will be canned / bottled. No hard liquor, mostly beer and high quality branded native brews e.g. Sarawakian tuak, toddy etc.

I won't have a physical location for the time being, but I'm based in Selangor. That means, my business will run from my residential address (which I own) i.e. Admin, packaging etc. but no commercial consumption.

These are my questions:

1. How do I go about applying for a liquor license in the case of an online e-commerce site w/o physical store in Selangor? How much would it cost?

2. Does the trading of native alcoholic beverages e.g. tuak / toddy fall under the same license or no license is required at all?

3. Will there be any issues with running the business (strictly administrative) from my private residence?

Do Ang Mohs really get higher pay for the same job

OK so i work in tech and we have quite a few ang mohs right, and they're programmers like me - but i wonder sometimes if they're paid more?

I mean like I know management have to give them slightly more to keep them around and pay for their visas and all that, but is it really that much more?

Maybe HR managers can shed some light on this issue

Though i have a degree in Economics, i currently work in tech and applied alot of programming skills that i self-taught and also went for a bootcamp. How bout you guys? Do you currently have jobs you're satisfied with even if you don't have a degree or working in unrelated field?

Laptop Screen Upgrade, help?

i was wondering if you guys could help me out with a laptop upgrade im trying to do on my laptop. I have an ASUS K56CM laptop with a WXGA 1366X768 15.6" TN LED screen that i would like to upgrade.

It is possible to upgrade to a WXGA ++ 1600x900 TN LED screen? what compatibility issues will arise if i continue with this procedure? i have read online that it is possible but i have trouble with some technical terms in the discussion.
