Migrate from TIME to ViewQWest Help Needed

I'm moving to a new place and will be using ViewQWest instead of my current ISP TIME as they don't offer coverage there.
I'm planning to use my current modem from TIME tplink 230-G1 cause I'm cheap and don't really need the extra bell and whistle.

I wasn't there when the installer set up the internet. I told my mom I can handle the rest so she told the installer that I can fix the modem to the router.

When I came back, I found that the ViewQWest box came with no manual guide/documentation etc, and my effort to try link the modem to the router failed. I factory reset the modem, but the issue is still at the modem unable to connect to WAN. I tried to ask for the PPPoE username and password via ViewQWest CS.

Anyone know what else I should ask or have any experience in migrating to ViewQWest?

Want to fly to Sabah but entry required at least a covid test.
Anyone knows where there's a cheaper clinic offering covid saliva test around USJ/Puchong area (near LRT, no car)?

The cheapest I found is RM90.
There's the self test kit available but I'll need a certificate from clinic to pass the airport authorities.

Macbook Rental (Cyber cafe, Cloud, Rental?)

Not an Apple user here, but I needed to run a software that will only run on Mac OS.
But I'll use it prob only 1 hour/month. Doesn't look like it justify the cost of buying a Mac just to run it.

I have the license for the software, just not the infra to support it. Any idea how I could get my hands on one for short term? Cyber cafe, Virtual Mac or maybe rental?
I'm not planning on a Hackintosh or anything.
