theres smoke and burning smell coming out from my hdd just now, it burnt i suppose?
it dont run even power is plugged in.can i get back my data?

here it goes, a friend of mine had been together with his gf for 3month. yupe, its just 3month yet they love each other very very much. they know each other for 2 years but just started recently.
now the problem, his gf afraid whole school will know about it and it coluld reach her parents ears quickly as they going on secretly then his gf pop up with a idea that they should hold back their relationship to friend and concentrate more on study and continue their relationship after spm....
they are forced to take this choice as my fren gf dont hope their relationship get know by her parents and thus having hard feeling towards him and make them having no chance to be together later...
both of them dont really like the choice but it seems this is the only way they can do to prevent the problem worsens

what should they do in ur opinion? going on more secretly?hold back to friends?
ur idea is really appreciate

Recently i realize that my MSN messenger have no alert sound when contacts sign in etc,
so i have a check and found that there is something wrong with my sounds scheme that i cant click the play button and have no sounds alert for MSN messenger including nudge,new email etc

Cant Detect Optical Drive

Hi,i just bought a LG Dvd-rw few days ago and decided to use it with my lg combo drive.

Problem:when i plug the Dvd-rw together with combo drive window cant detect either 1 of the drive....
then i unplug 1 of the drive,another drive will run normal and happily
im using windows xp and the cable is NEW

Anyone can help me to solve it??
