I am from a paper carton manufacturing background , had experiences in sales/ logistics/ operation. ( in between also got work in freight forwarding company for a year ) ,then laid off and found an offer in Cambodia ( also paper carton factory ) . And I came back a month before my first child was born. It was year 2020 , Sept. <br /> Then I came back and work for the same carton company back in Melaka, and I was transferred to a sister company which is producing exercise books and paper stationery , yet I give in a try and did not complain ( despite the challenges facing in the paper stationery industry during the pandemic period and now ) <br /> I am still working in this current company, and I don&#39;t feel happy because of the toxic work culture and the package was worse than my early year joined. Been trying to search job in the same industry or other prospects , but seems no luck and to make matter worse, my management found out and kind of threatening me , and I am marked curse working in my current company. <br /> Been trying to think ways to take some courses and maybe can improve my future career wise ( can be not related to my current industry ) , or any good idea can share or guide me ?
