Melted On Off Switch for Aircon

I'm facing aircond on off switch issue, contractor did a shitty job, pull power line from standard socket port out, (1 to 2) one side for my TV, one to my aircond and join with a switch, which melted as photo. Bought Schneider 20A switch to replace. However, noticed that earthing is only for load side, not for power input side. How? Any sifu here facing same issue like me? Melted switch. 1.5HP Panasonic aircond.

PLT getting bank loans Malaysia

Hi, will it be tough for Malaysia PLT to get bank loan? Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad. Ametuer here, started a company wanting to convert partnership to PLT.
And my concern is will it be easy for PLT to get business loan.
