The 2022 Perodua Alza was officially launched on July 20, but with the order books having been opened for it on June 23, around 30,000 buyers look set to get the MPV with the sales tax exemption intact, following the government’s government that the SST exemption can to be applied to any new vehicle booked by June 30 and registered before March 31 next year.

The Alza is available in three variant forms, and as announced during the launch, the price starts from RM62,500 for the 1.5L X, rising up to RM68,000 for the mid-spec 1.5L H and RM75,500 for the range-topping 1.5L AV, all on-the-road excluding insurance. These prices are of course with sales tax included.

Reason for sale:
I have been exploring a simple, affordable, low maintenance yet 'canggih' where it uses my home wifi broadband and i can monitor, control the alarm unit via the mobile app.
I have tested and using the units more than 3 months and got 1 'pilot' user to test & give his feedbacks.
Feebacks :
a. It is loud 120db siren, even the magnatic can be used at either end (left or right side of the unit), so it is flexible to set on the door or window. Even the neighbour asked.
b. can add/connect multiple units to the app and can have multiple phone with app installed (eg. wife's smartphone). So it is many to many approach.
c. the unit as 4 digit pin which can be configured using the app or manually without the app too.
d. battery status can be viewed via mobile app and after 3 months with normal operation, it is still good.
e. notification of door open, close, arm, disarm, ALARM, etc etc can be configured as well.
f. you can arm or disarm the unit via mobile app if you ever forget after leaving home.
g. you don't need a control unit to have this function. Simple and quick setup.

With this feedbacks, i am getting this as a start sharing this protection with small budget to start with which can protect your home, office etc.
I am currently exploring/testing the CCTV or camera unit that can work together using the same app. So stay tune for updates.
