Iphone 12 Battery Drain

Read that users all over the world are complaining of battery drain on their iphoes 12, 12 pro and 12 mini. Got info from iphone forums in the US on this issue.

What about iphone 12 users in Malaysia?

My iphone 12 pro does drain quite significantly in idle mode quite fast compared to my iphone 11 pro. So I believe this is a genuine issue. Hopefully it is a sotware bug that can be overcome with updates, not a hrdware problem

MACBOOK AIR WATER DAMAGED AND REPAIR

Creating this post as I believe there are others out there who faced the same problem as me.

I spilled coffee on my 2014 Macbook Air 13.3 and it just auto shut down and I was not able to turn it on again.
Sent to Apple reseller for diagnostics and was informed that I need to replaced the top case comprising of keyboard, trackpad and on/off switch at a cost of a bomb.

As such, appreciate if anybody knows where I can source for 2nd hand Macbook Air 13.3 top case circa 2013/2014/2015 in KL to buy.

BlackBerry 8900 Curve doesn't pack the groundbreaking punch of its Storm sibling. Check out the new Blackberry Storm. Reviews mentioned that the screen is better than its Qwerty brother the Bold and of course a bigger screen. If the screen is better than the Bold, Blackberry surely has a winner here. Can't wait for it to reach our show. Wanted the Bold, but the Storm is really the BB I'm waiting for. Let's hope we can get it for our Christmas present..............

Check out the latest Blackberry Bold at Celcom Blue Cube.
Took it for a test drive recently and I must say it's good and feel even better than my E71.
Trackball makes usage more easy. Screen is good altho camera is so-so.
Superb business phone. Now on offer at 2188 til end of September for corporate users

Need help to buy two laptops for my 2 kids who are doing accountancy and quantity survey in a local uni.
Budget is RM1.8k each. Laptop spec to include coreduo, 120gb hard disk, 1 gb ddr2 ram, dvd drive, wifi. DOn't mind brand, but looking at the price probably can deal with Acer, Compaq only. No need fancy stuff, just usage for word, excel, powerpoint, internet surfing, a little gaming, that's it. Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Activesync 4.5 Problem

Dear All,

Last week start to face this problem whereby when I connect my Tytn II to my laptop using USB sometimes it detect and at most other times it does not detect. It is not the cable problem because Itried with a few USB cables and got the same result. I remove ActiveSync and resinstall and still faced the same problem. Before this I never had this problem. I use Activesync to sync my Tytn II with my contacts, mails, tasks on my outlook but not sychronising it with my office server. Appreciate your help.

Really cheap Ipod Shuffle at RM99

Was at the launch of Cycom computer store at BTS yesterday and waited 2 hrs in the queue for an ipod shuffle offered at RM99. Was worth the wait though considering the sound quality of the shuffle and the price, down from an actual RM349. They are actually offering it some more at different hours and days...

Need help. AM considering buying a notebook/lappie for my college going kid. Thought of an Acer Celeron at RM2K or the lowest entry level core duo Acer at RM2.5K til I saw this email flyer from Dell selling the Inspiron 640m at 2.3K
Is the Delll reliable and robust. How's the support like in terms of repair and maintenance. Or should I just buy the Acer core duo? Or any other good specs entry level lappie at those kind of prices, between RM2K to RM2.5K
