i jsut change a new PSU and display card for my pc
but after i set up and try to open it kept on "bibibi" sound
and also now i refix my old GC and PSU also having same problem
anyone know why this happen??

i am looking to buy a new pc for my cctv
my budget is around 1k
and also it is 24hours open

the cctv need a display card to run it(normal display card will do)
and i also need a big harddisk to for storage(250G-320G)
any recommended specs??
