Hello, I am.about to engage Golden Carpentry (金木匠）in Puchong to do renovation and carpentry work for my house.

I would like to seek for comment or review from LYN before I proceed. Any of the members here engage them before? How is their workmanship and service?

Dear All, I have received the quotation from Tivolli Design for my kitchen cabinet, TV cabinet , Wardrobe and etc.

However, I noticed that the company is fairly new, which was only established in 2016 and can't seem to find review of the company.

Appreciate your feedback or share with me your experience with the company.

Hi,,would like to seek expert's opinion in the BNM guideline of 70% financing for 3rd property.

If the S&P is 3 persons name & one of the buyer already have > 3 properties,can i exckude him from being borrower of loan?so that i can get 90% financing for the properties?

I'm looking to buy a unit at casa indah 1 or 2 at kota damansara. But alot ppl told me there is a proposed is adjacent to casa indah. I search to the net, only see there are 2 proposed highways which is Kinrara Damansara highway (kidex) and Damansara -shah alam highway (dash). I cant see any of the highway is near to casa indah.

Ay expert here can advice?

Wanted to do some wiring for my house, the lighting point, fan point is ready. wanna check what is the labor cost for installation of 15 lightings, 3 fans & 1 air cond?

additional 3 power point.

Property - Registration of TNB & Water supp

Dear All,

I bought a new development property in klang valley & there are few issues i would like to check out.

1) The developer has asked to go & register for electricity & water suppler in Dec, is that mean the property is going to complete soon ?

2) For the vacant possession, the project has total 3 blocks and mine is the 1st block, so, let say developer has compelted the 1st block, can they issues the VP only for the 1st block?

i have a GF and we are together for 5 years. However, there is a problem between two of us which i considered is a very important to me.My GF doesn't like to follow me go back to my hometown or to be with my family. Though my house is only 100km away from where we are staying...so, normally, i go back alone.

My family are easy going person and the problem is not on my family side. However, she jut doesn't like to go back by giving many many excuses. I know it is an excuse but because i don't wanna to force her, i just let it be.

every year, she only come to my house once, during Chinese new year. that it's

i think in long term, this will really affect relationship between her n my family.

i pity my parent every time they ask: XXX follow you back or not? then i have to find excuses just to protect her.

Due to this, i think i can't tolerate anymore and is thinking to break off with her.

So, i seriously need advice here...

i think everyone are eye on tmr thomas cup semi final Msia vs China...as many of us not managed to buy the ticket, is there any ideal place to watch this match? crowd, food, beer & etc..

1)Subang Asia Cafe...
2)Taman Megah Meng Tin hawker centre
3) The Curve there, but i not sure whether got or not..

the price vary from 88k to 96k.....which i think a bit ridiclous...
