Hey guys. Last month I did a blood test and found out my creatinine level is 147, which is relatively high. From there, I cut my creatine supplement and my protein supplement. But last week, I did my blood test again, and to my surprise, my creatinine level increased by 2 points. I don't understand. But I came clean to the doctor that even though I cut all my supplements, I still took an anabolic steroid. This is my first time taking a steroid, and also I only did that for a month. The doctor told me to cut everything (supplement and steroid) and cut red meat, chicken and a few other things, which is not a problem for me. Even for a few years, I hardly eat outside and only eat clean food. The reason why I think my creatinine level increased is that previously, I took creatine supplements for such a long time. I didn't stop because I wanted to get fat.

But there are certain things that I am confused about. Can I drink milk? Regular milk is not advisable cause it contains high protein, but how about almond milk or oat milk? The doctor told me it's okay to eat white eggs. Just throw the egg yolk.

How fast can my creatinine level drop if I eat clean and avoid all those supplements? I also bought Chitosan hoping it will level down my creatinine level. I called my friends who have the same reading of eGHR and creatinine level; it took him one year to go back to normal? Is it that long?

Now I am afraid if my creatinine level doesn't drop, I have to go to dialysis. The doctor told me if my creatinine level goes to 150, I have to do dialisis. I need to do a blood test after three months.

Google Meet Videos

Hello guys.

I have a problem with my PowerPoint. I am going to present a PowerPoint slide with videos in it. Also, I want to use my iPad + Macbook. So the iPad is basically going to share the screen and present using the PowerPoint cause I can write on the slide during the presentation, and the MacBook is just for the camera.

Anyway, I inserted a video, and I tested it, but the video didn't have any sound when I clicked play. The video worked fine when I didn't share the slide, but when I presented it using my iPad, it didn't work. Then I try to test it by present the slide using my MacBook and use Microsoft Edge for my google meet(previously using Safari). It worked. The problem is, I really want to use my Ipad to present the slide, but when I open my Microsoft Edge on my iPad, it requires me to install the Google Meet app(same problem as previous, no sound when playing a video).

What tf is the problem here?

I use google meet with my friend using my iPhone, present the PowerPoint slide using my iPhone and he said he didn't hear any sound when I played the video.

Need help. Class start next Monday.

Labour law

Ok guys. I have a question about labout law. I was working with this massage centre and i realize that the employer didnt give us a public holiday. Even like chinese new year or christmas. So, according to labour law, all employer should give at least mininum 10 days which 4 days already decided by givernment and the balance 6 days, the employer can choose which public holiday that they want to. And I asked about it to my boss and he said a private sector like this massage centre didnt entitle for public holiday. He didnt even give their staff a replacement leave or triple pay on public holiday. He said the only public holiday that they give is during hari raya. So, can u guys enlighten me about this. If he's right or wrongm i argue with him about this and he with his bossy attitude defend his fact.

Now ah, so many gay people. I am not complaint but there are a lot of married guy who main belakang also behind their wife. Why do they even get married if they know they are gay? If you are married, then just stick to your wife la. I asked one of them and he said he feel like something is missing in his life even though he is married and have kids. You cheat on your wife. I feel sorry for his wife and kids.

Even a married man nowadays cannot sure 100% straight. The one that said gay is bad and all that are probably gay also but they just want to cover up. And lately, I just found one of my friend is gay and he just married 2 month ago. Wtf. Dont ask how I know but I know la.

P/s: no homo here and i am not homophobic. I am just confused for people who cheat on their wife and kids. Something is not right here.

I have been taking propecia for about a month and a half now. I noticed that my hair become thin day by day. I dont have to use a force when I comb my hair and I can see a lots of hair loss. And now I can see my scalp. The hair loss is at the top part only. Im quite worried now. Is it normal for people who taking propecia?

I used to take proscar before but it didn't show this kind of sign. Reason stop Proscar is because I malas to potong potong that ubat but the whole box can last for a 3 month. Anyone had any experience like this before? How long before I can see any grow of my hair? Im getting bald😭

Hello guys. I want to ask a few question. Hope some of you have the answer for this question.

Currently I'm working in Technician that based in East cost. I'm working in a shift hours. So basically I will work for 5 days and then off for 6 days and work again for 5 days and off for 4 days. It's alternate off days. 5on/6off/5on/4off.

I am thinking of working as a Barista in Starbuck. Not that I am desperate of money but I want to learn more about FnB and about coffee. F&B management really caught my interest. Check on the Starbuck website that part time worker require to complete 68 hours work in a month. So, with my working schedule as a technician, do you think it's possible for Starbuck to hire me? I will work during my off day. And my off day sometimes is on weekend and sometimes is on weekdays.

Anyone have any experience about this part time job?

I bought a contact lens for a first time few days back and whenever I try and put it in my eyes, after a few blonk it will comes out. Tried many times and the result still the same. Both left and right eyes. Using air optic brand. What is the problem? Contact lens problem or my eyes problem? Can I return back the contact lens? Will they refund back my money? Neck problem

Hello guy. I have this neck problem for about 5 years now.

At first everything seems normal until I start lifting. And one day it really hurt and I did a cupping and that pakcik told me that I lift weight in a wrong form. He took out the blood from my neck and my lower back and it feel so good after that.

Then the problem occur again. I think its because I'm driving for about 4 hours a day and my neck become so stress. I went to see physiotherapist and the problme solve but not till it comes back again. So now im wondering whether I should see a chiropractor or go back to physiology again.

Sometimes I feel like my posture is not good and have a tension on my neck. I did everything I could but still it doesnt seem normal. Because of this neck pain, i always get a headache.

Okok update post on 29/04/2016:-

Since so many people messaged me and asking for the picture and my testimonial, I will tell you my experience.

1. Hair transplant is costly. 1 graoh cost RM8 and I did 1000 graph and total cost RM8200 including some of the med.

2. Its not painful after they inject you with pain killer. But when they inject on you head, its quite scary cause you can feel and hear the needle protruding into you head. I hate that. PRP also the same that they need to inject you head but PRP is good.

3. Cost for PRP is RM500 per session. Cheapest you can get

4. The procedure took about one day for 1000 graph. If you want to do 2000, might finish at 6. Mine finish at 4.

5. You have to lay on the bed for that procedure and you neck gonna hurt a little bit.

6. They will provide you lunch. They just tapau from mamak/restaurant

7. I only did 1000 graph, the hair look thin but vetter than before. (Geez my english suck at midnight)

8. I cover the bald spot with hair fibre. No one will notice. Love that product so much.

9. Only a barber will know that the hair at your back is thinning. Your friends wont notice. Trust me

Hi there. I don't know where to post this topic but I hope people here can help me. I was thinking about creating my own label of clothing. Starting from a t-shirt and a tank top only. I want to start from the bottom. Means that I will buy my own materials ( I know I can get it cheap somewhere in Indonesia), design by me. But the problem is, I do not know how to sew. I am thinking of give my materials and design proposal to someone who can do it but the problem is, can I send it to any tailor? I know there are a lot of shops nearby my house but most of them do suit and traditional clothing. I am not sure whether they can do it or not and what If I send it to them, they make a mistake? I don't want to lose my money

And for your information, I don't have any background or experience in design cloth or whatsoever but I want to try a small business first. Maybe can sell it online as a starting.

Admitted to this hospital. Thought so great but sigh... Look so kuno la. But why it so expensive? Outside and inside look like old building. The only good thing is the nurses is very kind and pretty as well.. Even Putrajaya hospital much better than this.I dont understand the expensiveness of this hospital .

Hi there. I just want to know if I can make a police report cause this guy is kept sending me a message non stop. He never said that he want to kill me or punch me but he kept calling me names and downgrade me. He open up the story about my past... Can I do that?

Long to short story; it's all started in fb where he open up my dark story and i also do the same to him and now he really mad and messaged me since last night. Hi guys. Need to ask one question. Recently when doing bicep exercise using a dumbell or barbell, I feel 'ngilu'( dont know what it is called in english) on my both arm when I finish my reps. It will go away after a few second. Is it normal? Just need a clarification from expert here. Thank you.
