Hi K-tards

Do you feels comfort to have many commitment on hands? Im feel like im working like Robot everyday just to repay these commitment. Everyday scared if something happen, then will have trouble with all these commitment.

Current commitment on hand:

1. House loans x 3 = RM 840,000 ( 32 - 35 years tenure)

2. New CBU car loan = RM 100,000 ( 9 years tenure)

3. Credit Cards (Call for Cash & BT) = RM 18,000 ( 6 - 12 months )

4. Credit Cards (Purchase 0% install) = RM 10,000 (12 - 24 months)

Wow, almost RM1 million in debts.

My MLTA, life insurance, epf, amanah, FD, stocks, blue chips, shares and saving also cant cover 50%.

Any K-tards worst than me?

We may have all experienced turbulence on flights, but when a rough patch is so bad that the ceiling ends up covered in coffee then you know it's serious.
Passengers on a recent Singapore Airlines flight were left surrounded by a chaotic mess after their flight fell 20 metres when it hit severe turbulence.
A total of 11 passengers and one crew member were injured on flight SQ308 from Singapore to London last Sunday.

The man apparently had to take public transport with his son after his car was sent to the workshop.

The man posted a photo of his son on an MRT train with the caption: 'Daddy, where is your car & who are all these poor people?'

In another facebook post, the man uploaded a photo of his sports car after getting it back and wrote: 'Normal service can resume, once I have washed the stench of public transport off me.'

TRS reader Michael says:

One person obviously thinks so. "He posted pictures of his child, while commenting about people being poor.

In a separate post, he commented about the 'stench' of public transport, or is he referring to the people who commute on public transport?"

Should we welcome these Foreigners into our country with open arms?

Meanwhile, Singaporeans are still discriminated by the Singapore government such as NS liabilities and CPF.

Last week, PAP Minister Ng Eng Hen told Singaporeans to treat foreigners the way you want to be treated.

KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd has announced the resignation of its chief executive officer (CEO) Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin, chief financial officer Datuk Teow Leong Seng and non-independent & non-executive director Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.

In a statement on Monday, the group said Liew will leave on Apr 30, 2014 whilst Teow will stay on until Jul 31, 2014. Lee resigns immediately as a non-independent and non-executive director.

The group has appointed its chief operating officer Datuk Voon Tin Yow as acting president and CEO for one year from May 1, 2014 until Apr 30, 2015.

Chairman Tun Zaki Tun Azmi said over the next year the group intends to work with its major shareholder Permodalan Nasional Bhd, before finalising potential successors.

Under Liew’s leadership, S P Setia has achieved RM8.24bil in sales in FY2013. As at Oct 31, 2013, it had RM9.6bil in unbilled sales to be realised over the next few years.

Liew said: “Given the solid footing which the company is on, I believe the time has arrived for me to step down after 18 years as CEO.

With my children all growing up and starting out on their own career paths, I am looking forward to spending more time with them, mentoring and guiding them,” he said.

However, Liew will continue to represent S P Setia as chairman of the Battersea Project Holding Company Limited and also managing director of Qinzhou Development (Malaysia) Consortium Sdn Bhd until September 2015.
