Hi all,

I've got a couple questions about the best way too
Loose some weight and get healthy.
I'm 29 male n I'm currently at 93kgs, it's the heaviest I've been as life's changed pretty dramatically for me the last couple yrs. I've got 2 boys under the 1.5 yrs old and I work fifo 1+1. Unfortunately I live in a town and have to cook for myself while I'm away.
I've just started going to the gym once a day and peddling for 30 mins doing roughly 14 kms then on the treadmill walking roughly 3 kms in 30 mins.
I am trying to keep to roughly 2500 calories or less using a counter but I am unsure how accurate it is.
I have porridge for breakfast.
Ham and salad sandwich or 2 for lunch.
Scotch fillet or other meat and veg or salad for diner.
Then mainly eating fruit and vege crisps for snacks.

Could someone please give me some tips to
Loose about 1kg a week please.
