Burnout, sexuality and depression

I have depression. My appointment is next week, but its gomen so I dont always get to talk about my sexuality if the doctor is malay (im malay too). The doctors are on rotation, so sometimes you'd always get different doctors.

I am not sure if I'm having another episode, or existential crisis.

Work - I now wholeheartedly hate everything here. Every single thing just annoys me. My attendance is pretty shitty too now, Im almost always late to work, no longer punctual. Each morning I have to keep forcing myself to go to work, sitting by the bed staring into spaces. At work, sometimes I have to control this huge urge to just walk out. Last week on Thursday, it was so bad until I had to stop myself from crying from all of the feelings. I have a feeling my boss is aware that Im not doing so good, but its not that obvious. She knows I have depression, so she might think Im just being less chatty because its another episode. Im contemplating to talk to her about it, but our business is not doing so well and I dont know, Im scared she wont take it nicely. Some mornings, just as I walked into the office, I'd get a headache just from the stress. I cant take any more days off, all out of leave. Im scared of looking for a new job, scared of changes and Im not in the best position to present myself to prospective employers. My savings arent a lot, so I cant just get up and leave.

Sexuality - Only recently Im fully realizing and admitting to myself that I am completely lesbian. I always dated men, telling myself im bi since its easier. Being a malay from a conventional family, coming out is suicidal and I see no future with it. I want kids, and i want to settle down. I dont want my parents to disown me ( i know they would), and i dont see dating a girl will have any bright future ahead. And that thought just scares me. If i marry a guy, i would probably not love him fully, and then end up stuck in a marriage Im not happy with. If I come out, I will lose my family, and its not like I could marry the girl and have kids.

Is there a support group for lgbt in malaysia? What should I do with all of these thoughts? I have started dissociating again, thats the only place I feel safe and happy right now. I dont think Im doing bad yet, I can still control my impulsive thoughts (used to act on them before, like disappear from work for 2 weeks). I forced myself to exercise although my mind still dissociate. Im just afraid of what's to come, I sense another explosion coming.

Free Alternative for Powtoon

I need to create a video presentation. Instead of recording ourselves, we're thinking about using something like powtoon instead. Does any of you guys know the free alternatives for it? The ones listed in audio/video thread above is not updated. Windows movie maker is also no longer available. Also something that is easy, not pro. Noob and have only used windows movie maker before (many moons ago)

Opposite politic views in relationship

Any of you here with opposing political views with your partner? How do you handle it? Do you talk about it? Agree to disagree?

So far, I just listen to his points, but there are times when I feel like voicing out my disagreement on it, but most of the time I just silently nod2 my head like that one. Plus I'm not that knowledgeable with good facts to argue too. More or less like I'm avoiding the topic I guess.
It's never been an issue, he's aware that I'm liberal. It doesnt come up often too, just occasionally la.

We're getting more and more serious, so I just wonder how to overcome it once we live together. One less issue to avoid.

Small wheel bike vs conventional bike

Guys I need advise on getting a new bicycle. Im currently using normal bike with gear. Lately i have been thinking about getting a foldable bike as its easier for me to carry (i live on 3rd floor apartment). I've got my eyes on this 14" bike. First time i tried it, feels a little wobbly, maybe im just not used to the small wheel. Can anyone advise whether a small size wheel is good or not? My friends also mentioned that small wheel bike is not so stable riding, easy to fall. Is this true?

I have been thinking about this for quite a while. I can see people out there that cannot live without a significant other, some that likes playing around, or those that doesnt bother at all. How do you guys see yourself? Or is this something that evolves as we grow older?
Sup guys, been years since I last use lowyat. And Im back with a new problem lol

Introduction:
I have been hanging out with this guy from Britain. He just moved to Malaysia in less than a month. We got to know each other online and use the pretense of exchanging language lessons to meet each other. First meeting, both of us cleared up that we're just looking for platonic friends to hangout with (me having a painfully social circle and him just moving here with no friends). I find him attractive (white guys are always attractive) but Im also not in the mood for any relationship due to recent breakup.
We hit it off, we have so many common hobbies/past histories/opinions/personalities etc. Since we draw the line of wanting real friends, I had no expectations at all. We do fist bumps when we meet till the third hangout. He would always text me right after the hangout saying it was nice hanging out etc etc (Brits being typical polite)

Until the third hangout, I was still treating him as a friend and again no expectation. But he started asking questions about relationships and drops jokes/hints about relationships) Right after we got back from the third time meeting, he quickly sent a text as always but this time it was longer. Im not sure if it was somewhat of a confession or whatevs. He told me how he really like me, that its a little weird because at first we wanted to be friends but he started liking me since the first meeting. He mentioned wanting to have a proper relationship like how westerners do, living together and sharing a life etc. It was too fast and I didnt really believe it. My thought is he's just lonely and wanting someone to company him in this new country. He eagerly wanted to meet up to discuss his feelings (exploding feelings, as he phrase it) He wanted to meet the next day but I was super tired so we met the day after. We didnt really establish anything but we talked about dating stuff realistically for a malay girl and a white guy (disclaimer-i wear hijab), and he even asked whats my thought about couples living together. Talking about introducing to each other friends, sharing pasts and philosophical things, a variety of topics actually. Nothing was ever establish though, but he did mentioned things as if we're dating each other like, or maybe he was just joking? Im kinda dense on things like that to understand. When we bid goodnight, he was all giddy and said Im making him feels like a little boy in love again.

Questions:
1- For those who have experience dating foreigners, is this how relationships develop in their culture? As an asian whose knowledge about the western culture is limited to what I read and watch from movies/tv, I wouldnt know. I feel as if its too quick.

2- Opinions, is he for real? Past experience have made it difficult for me to trust people and cynical about falling in love. I like him a lot but whenever he says that to me too, Im just like yeah okay sure. Since he's just moved here, Im thinking that he's just saying all this to have a company, a constant company. When I mentioned this to him, that I think this is just him being lonely, he explained how he has been moving around to different countries a lot and he's used to being lonely. He's honest about his feelings and it has been years since he felt this way.

3- How hard is it to date a foreigner? Im not having expectations for it to reach pelamin level or to last long but I also wanna live in the moment and be with the guy I like.

That is all for now. Bracing myself for improper and useless replies, but know that your reply is appreciated truly. Ready, go!
