HI everyone, i need your kind assistance or advice if its possible to apply for dog license for American Bully in Majlis perbandaran Sepang.

Going through their list of controlled and banned dogs i am not sure what do i put in the application form.

A NEW kind of “drug” in the form of an MP3 has become a craze among teenagers, reported Harian Metro.

Without having to smoke or inject any needles, the “digital drug” can cause one to become high by listening to a special MP3 using headphones connected to a computer or any portable device.

The sounds are produced using binaural beats and isochronic tones, which are audio-based methods that have the same impact as drugs on a human brain.

A digital drug user, Hadad, 21, said he found out about it while surfing the Internet last year.

Hadad, who is studying psychology at a local institution, said the beats and tones made the user feel intoxicated and high.

“It is easy, I don’t need to inject or smoke it. I only need a headphone,” he said.

He said after doing more research, he became bold by trying out other samples of the digital drugs, all of which were available for free.

“There are different kinds of effects of drugs such as cocaine, heroine, ecstasy and ganja.

“In a period of four months, I have been high almost every day using the digital drug,” he said.

The Pahang Sultanate has conferred the title of “Datuk Seri” to the media officer of controversial company YSLM International, owned by self-proclaimed Chinese millionaire Zhang Jian.
Datuk Seri Jessy Lai confirmed that she was among 10 people conferred titles by the Sultan of Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah this morning.
Lai apparently told friends about the news by chat message application WeChat although there were no public announcements in the news or photos of the event on YSLM’s official Facebook page.
Pictures of the title conferment were shared via a Facebook account Malaysia Youth Team.
Lai, who later confirmed receiving the title via a phone conversation with The Rakyat Post, said that she believed that the person who publicly announced her new title on Facebook did so out of joy.
Although Lai knew a month back that she would be conferred the title of “Datuk Seri”, she said did not tell others about it because she was busy handling YSLM matters and wanted to keep a low profile.
She was sure that others would attack her over her title, but she did not want to respond or answer those who accused her of cheating.
Lai said she felt happy and was nervous about receiving the honour and denied that she was conferred the title in Thailand.

guy's, me and my wife have been trying to conceive a child for the past 2 years but so far we have no luck.
is there any good affordable place where a male fertility test can be done?
