Crazy 1000ms lag spike with new router

Hi, recently I bought a new router, TPLINK-TL-WR841HP, for my UNIFI at home. Since day one, I've been getting crazy lag spikes of 500-1000ms every 20 seconds. I don't think it's ISP problem as it also occurs whenever I ping the router on wired and wireless connection. Here's an SS.

I kinda regret buying this router. Any suggestions to fix this problem without getting a new router? :S

Hi guys,

I'm trying to configure my UNIFI RG4332 router QOS settings to make my pc the highest priority in the network. I'm experiencing bad lag when I'm gaming and other ppl are streaming videos and etc. Here is what the QOS pages looks like. What do you guys suggest I do?

Disable ports for specific user on Innacomm w7100n

Hi guys,
So I'm trying to disable browser access for a specific device on my router -Innacomm w7100n. I understand that I'm suppose to block ports 80, 8080, and 433. However, I cant find the page in the router settings to do so (Block ports for a specific user). Can somebody help me please?

I think that I've found page, and if it is, can someone instruct me? Its a little confusing..so many blanks
