CPU cooler for rig

I've been using the stock intel fan for quite awhile now and it's getting kinda noisy so I wanna replace it.

Before you go around suggesting Hyper 212X, my case only allows CPU coolers up to 155mm while the Hyper 212X is 158mm. So that's clearly out...
I've been looking at the GeminII M4 but I have a concern. Will the cooler block the RAM slots on my MATX board (GA-B75M)? I'm using the Gskill RipjawsX RAM.

The other two possible candidates are Hyper TX3 EVO (quite cheap but 92mm fan) and maybe even the Seidon 120V. Any other good alternatives?

I've had a Cherry MX Red keyboard for quite some time now, its starting to get old and I'm thinking about giving it to my brother. So I want to get a new one and I have narrowed my choices down to the 2 above. Which one should I get and why?

Also, should I stay with Red switches or should I try something else?
P.S. I want TKL keyboards.

New case fans

I want to get 2 new case fans for my CoolerMaster N200 to replace some unknown brand fan from last time.

I narrowed my choice down to these two.

I already have 2 XtraFlo that is pre installed in the case, I need 1 more for intake and the other for exhaust.

While I'm here, I also want to ask about the fan placements.
Should I go for positive or negative air pressure?

Feel free to suggest other case fans as well.

I want original one, meaning not second hand.
Just wondering where can get good prices and reliability?

FSP RAIDER 550W 80+ SILVER or SEASONIC S12II 520W 80+ Bronze?

I want to get a PSU for my new build.
Here are my specs.

i5 3470
GIGABYTE B75M-D3V
WD 1TB BLUE 64MB SATA3 7200RPM
MSI 7850 2GB ddr5 Power Edition
G-Skill RipJawX 1600MHz CL9 8 GB Kit
Cooler Master N200 MATX /w Window
SAMSUNG 24X OEM

They are both of the same price at my place.
Also, the Raider has less molex and SATA cables.

I've been wanting to get a new CPU cooler.
I'm looking at Xigmatek Gaia or even the Deepcool Gammaxx 400 for its sexy blue LED XD

Will these 2 fit?
Also, what's the difference between screws (Gaia) and pushpins (Gammaxx)?
Which one do you recommend?

It's worth noticing that I have a mATX board, with a GSKILL RipjawX 2x4GB RAM
that's around 40mm high. I also have a Gigabyte GTX 660 2GB OC.

I'm considering Gigabyte B75-D3VM or Asus P8B75 M LX.
Both are mATX.

The D3V is cheaper in this case.
Does the BIOS of the 2 mobo differ?
If that's the case which BIOS is better.

Also are there other specs that have major differences?

Below are the four GPUs I'm considering:
1. HD 7850
2. HD 7870
3. GTX 650 Ti Boost
4. GTX 660

Also, which brand do you recommend?
Asus? MSI? Sapphire? Gigabyte?
Sadly no EVGA in my place.

I find the Cooler Master N200 really attractive, the price also not bad.
However, I can't seem to find it in local stores.
I also dun wan to order online preferably.
