Well the parking spot is very narrow (parallel parking)... I witnessed the incident and saw the plate number... The problem is that the driver ran away... There is a minor scratch(but very deep) on my car bumper but I think the other car will have a long scratch because his car is moving... My question are:-<br /><br />1) Will polis layan me?? because the scratch is minor... but it is a painful to see...<br />2) Since I don&#39;t have proof, can I use the scratch on his car as a proof??
