Proton anti theft alarm system

I think it's really anti theft. I drove Proton Persona.

This morning, i went to my car, unlock it by pressing the button, got in, lock it from inside, and start the ignition. AND THE CAR WON'T START! It has airbag sign, fuel, battery, all the sign. And there was light blinking in the middle. Anddddd I cannot unlock the door to get out. Anddd i'm trapped with no engine running. So i called my brother, he came with the 2nd key and manually unlock the driver's door. But until now the car won't start. Why eh? Is this the anti theft thing?
