How a Chem Eng get a job in oversea!

Hi Guys!

I seriously want to have a oversea Chemical/process/oil and gas Engineering job or at least always have chance to go oversea.... Is anyone can help me with this?any recommended company/ recruiter/ embassy bodies that provide such thing? I am a recent graduate chemical engineering from university of Nottingham with one year experience in gas and chemical industry in malaysia. Thanks!!
