Dell XPS 15 vs Illegear RS-15

I am looking to replace my trusty 5-year-old Dell XPS 1645, and have narrowed it down to the Dell XPS 15 and Illegear RS-15. Will be used mainly for photo editing and light FPS games, and of course the usual web surfing etc. I'm kind of leaning towards the Illegear due to its better specs and modular design, but am still unsure of its build quality and reliability.

Any advice? Views?
