I had an interview earlier this week. Because of my previous working experiences overseas with chinaman company, so i listed my previous salary in CNY xxxx. This so called assistant manager asked me what is CNY, i said Chinese Yuan, then he kind of sarcastically responded 'isn't China currency RMB (as in renminbi)?". I just laughed it off coz i worried the next i'd said might offended him. I wonder how many Malaysian don't know what CNY was.

How many you guys experienced interviewer trying to be smartass and how do you responded.

I went to kl maxis center to ask whether I am egligible for the zerolution phone package.
The customer service told me that I will need a credit card to subscribe the plan.
They will deduct rm300 1st from my credit card,which is refundable once they confirmed the card is valid or something like that.
Without credit card I would not be able to subscribe zerolution.
I am confused right now.Didn't it stated no upfront payment and no credit card needed on maxis website for zerolution?
