Is there any other way to get a big and huge shoulder muscle other than consume protein powder? Cause I've been working out since January and yeahhh i gotta shape but it's not good looking.

So will it help if I ate more or if I just continue my workouts?

GMI or Utar

GMI or Utar? for product design and manufacturing.

Choosing GMI or Utar

Okayy firstly im a graduated STPM student. i had dilemma for a period about choosing between this two school. As I persuing my study as product design and manufacturing engineer i've given two choices that is GMI ( German-Malaysian Institute ) and Utar.

If i choose GMI i have to take a Alevels for 20months and learning Germans. After that another 4years at Germany ( if I get good result and choosen by them ). And they ensure you can GET A JOB after your studies. So i'll done my degree at age of 26. ( Intake at July )

Another way is Utar. A 4years degree and thats all. 24yo graduated degree holder. Here i have my friends and some cousins for support so i think the life for me at Utar is not that tough compare to GMI.

SO GUYS I NEED YOUR OPINION !!! CAUSE IF UTAR I HAVE TO ENROLL BY THIS WEEK.
