Hey guys. I need help how do you open a file that is already opened by another program like Powerpoint?

My objective is to duplicate files in a folder to another, but has possibility being opened by user.

I am at work and this is my problem. I added water earlier, hopefully when I go back evening later the temperature will go down. Any precautions I should take?

I am told to stop if the temperature near H again, and pour water into the coolant box to cool the engine down.

Things to note before proceeding, I have never bought a property before.

Yesterday I got a call from a close friend of mine that he got contact from another guy that a new property is being built near a MRT station. It is a lost cost apartment and costs <45k and <700sf. However, to get the "bidding" we need to pay <5k upfront and <15k for "yam cha".

Things I have in mind is, I don't know what I will be going through but I know this is an opportunity presented to me. Is the "yam cha" cost so high to get into "bidding". What is this "bidding" anyway. I think that the bid is to get which lot by lucky number, sort of.

Basically pay <5k upfront, then another <15k before S&P and finally get loan for <45k. How likely is it to get the loan?

So many questions and answers to none. Please help out.
