Laptop problem (Lenovo Y500)

I've owned my Lenovo Y500 GT750M SLI variant since last year. Been using it for intense gaming for long hours and it works like a charm. But recently something happened to my laptop while I'm in college.

I went to my friend's place for some gaming (PES 2013) for about 1 hour. I shut down my laptop and went back to my room. Feeling bored, I switched it back on to play Skyrim. I launch the game immediately after my laptop turned on (usually my laptop gets this minor lag for loading up all the other apps I've installed after booting up). After 3 mins of launching Skyrim (load my character, my character appears and made her run for like, 10 to 20 steps) and suddenly I heard a brief crackling sound and my game started to lag (this happens only when I don't plug the charger in, but I did plug the charge at that time). Then some smoke came out from the non-removable graphic card vent. I immediately turned off the switch to my charger, and my laptop turned off by itself. After clearing my room from the smoke, I attempted to turn my laptop on (without the charger switched on). It still works, but there's this weird burnt rubber smell from the vent where the smoke emerged from. Then I tried turning on the charger, but my laptop now doesn't detect the charger. So, to sum it all up:

Too Long: Didn't Read version:-

1. Played a non-hardware-demanding game for 1 hour (PES 2013). Shut down laptop properly.
2. Went back. Turned laptop back on and launched Skyrim (quite a hardware demanding game. I modded it, but played in a mid-high setting. I could run the game with these settings for more than 5 hours before this)
3. About 2-4 mins after launching Skyrim, heard CRACKLING sound. My game lagged (indicating no charger was plugged in) and SMOKE came out from the non-removable graphic card vent.
4. I turned off the charger. Laptop shut down by itself.
5. Tried switching laptop back on after a while (without charger plugged in), still works fine but have this BURNT RUBBER SMELL.
6. Tried using the laptop WITH CHARGER, but laptop WON'T DETECT CHARGER.

My laptop-usage life-style:
1. Playing games with charger plugged-in without removing the battery.
2. Constantly updating the hardware driver ( I recently updated to the new 335.23 driver.)
3. Never cleaned out the vents or fans from dust, but I do run the dust-removal software from Lenovo's Energy Management App.
4. I don't use any cooling pad coz my college room is damn cold (Mounted fan + air-cond)
5. I play on my desk, but my desk is a little dusty.

Well, not sure it would help, but some of my friends suggested that:
1. Probably it's a short-circuit.
2. Probably too much dust accumulated in my laptop.
3. Probably the charger is now faulty.

Sorry if my post sounds cocky, but I just want to specify everything that I think might help.
Btw, my rig's specs is this one. (the RM3899 one): http://shopap.lenovo.com/my/en/laptops/ide.../y-series/y500/

Please help me! I need the laptop for my studies! A-levels is starting next week
