Walk-in PC shops for JB area?

I'm a Malaysian currently working in SG, and I would like to purchase a gaming laptop in JB (via installment as I'm a poor af workslave). However I'm really clueless as to which places I can go to for laptop purchases in JB during my off-day Sundays. I did check out a few old threads relating to this question, but those threads are too old to rely upon (eg. a few shops already closed down in KSL) and no one seems to be asking this question.

I'm looking for Dell G7 7790 (2019) but the shops I've been to either do not have ready stock, or is overpriced. The shops I've been to are
1. JBCS (only GRex there and they do not have any Dell laptops)
2. KSL (does not even have a PC shop OMG)
3. Midvalley Southkey (there's a Dell retail shop there but the price is RRP, and they also do not have ready stock)
4. EIT store (closes on Sundays and PHs which makes me hard to make a Sunday walk-in)

I tried searching Google Maps for other shops but most shops do not look reliable enough to make a visit (since Grab rides cost a lot if I scout around too much). I saw someone mention a few shops Danga City Bay Mall, so I'll probably check that out next Sunday.

Are there any JBians here who can recommend PC shops in JB that may sell high spec laptops with a good market price? I'm juggling between Acer Predator Helios 300 (2019) and Dell G7 7790 (2019), but I may also be looking at other available i7-9750h + GTX1660Ti/RTX2060 laptops.

1st timer custom rig unable to run

Hi sifus,

I would like to ask for help regarding my custom rig unable to run.

My rig is as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 2400G with Radeon™ RX Vega 11 Graphics
Mobo: Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming ITX/ac
RAM: Kingston HyperX® Fury DDR4 2400MHz 8GB kit (2 4GB sticks)
SSD: Kingston A400 120gb SATA Rev. 3.0 (6GB/s)
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda® 1TB 7200rpm
PSU: Coolermaster Elite 350W
Casing: Tecware Edge case

What I did before switching on the PC:
1. I placed the CPU, in the correct orientation, into the mobo, then screwed the CPU cooler (with pre-applied thermal paste) onto the mobo. I did encounter a small problem which is that one of the screws need me to press the hole and the screw closer in order for me to screw it in place. Then I plugged the CPU cooler port into the CPU fan header on the mobo.
2. I placed the 2 sticks of 4GB RAM, no issues here.
3. I screwed the mobo into the casing (after placing the I/O panel), with some difficulty since the screws are small and it took me some time and effort into screwing the screws into the mobo.
4. I plugged in the mini speaker thing into the mobo, then plugged in the 8-pin power connector and 24-pin connector of the PSU into the mobo. I made sure both connectors are clipped tight.
5. I plugged my SSD into the SATA_4 port (last SATA port near the RAM), and connected the SSD to one of the PSU ports.
6. I plugged the casing fan into the fan header located beside the CPU cooler header, and also connected to the PSU.
7. I plugged everything on the front panel of the casing accordingly into the mobo. I plugged in everything carefully, making sure I didn't break anything.
8. I plugged in my monitor (HDMI) into the mobo, mobo has 2 HDMI ports. Monitor isn't broken (tested).

Issue:
My rig, after plugging in everything which has a port (except HDD), does not go into POST nor UEFI to allow me to install Windows.
When I switch on my PC (via pressing the switch button), LED lights on the casing worked, CPU cooler and casing fan (which are attached to the mobo) worked, but there isn't a beep sound, nor anything showing on my monitor. I assume I plugged my power button and reset button correctly since the power button worked.

I will post my image of the plugged ports in a few days. In the meantime I need advice on what to do now. Thanks in advance

Looking for top-notch subwoofer system

I am searching for a nice reliable subwoofer system since my speaker set broke down after 2 years of usage.

I have only around RM300 cash, and was looking for a subwoofer system which can perform much better with the same price.

I'm open to suggestions, and I hope that you guys here can help me out.

P.S. I have tried looking at pages and pages of past threads, and so far I only have an idea that I shouldn't be buying SonicGear or Vinnfier speakers. I cannot be sure to say the same for the rest of the brands out there.
