LCD Monitor Problem

Just want to ask anyone who may know something about LCD monitor troubleshooting. I have this SonicView 15" LCD Monitor, when turning it on, it goes black after about 5 seconds and it stays like that forever unless I manually turn it off and turn on back. I did try my PC with my other monitor and all went well. So, I am sure the LCD monitor have problem.

I would like to know what the problem is? Is it repairable? Thanks.
