Can't build up credit score

Hi all sifus,

Does anyone know how to build back up credit scores? Continuation from previous post = Released from bankruptcy since last year.

I just talked to BNM representatives and also MDI reps. They said that name has been released, and I'm eligible to open bank accounts etc, but when I go to banks and tried applying for cc / personal loan(with the intend to build back up scores), I got rejected. The excuse is my name has not been released from the "Central bank". Which I presumed is BNM.

Talked to BNM and they said that and I quote "BNM is a regulatory body for financial institution not for individual. We govern Banking/Insurance operation in Malaysia while the things related to banking operation like rejection of loan application, rejection of banking opening of account are not falls under BNM jurisdiction".

Problem is, the banking officer that served me, showed me *central_bankBNM* status or something like that on their pc screen(I might be wrong with the name) And so I'd thought I bring it up with BNM. And they told me that they are not involved. The bank officer also told me that I need to wait for another year for my name to be discharged from BNM system(after the release letter from MDI/Insolvency) in order to try for any loan/cc again. But this has been debunked by the BNM representative and I quote "The advised gave by the bank officer i.e need to wait up to 1 years before BNM can release your name was not right. BNM never restrict any individual to open a bank account or apply new application as soon as they have discharged from bankruptcy status."

Right now, I'm confused, as to where to look for information on how to start building back up my credit score etc. I have the release letter from Insolvency and info in hand. Can anyone with knowledge kindly help with this issue?

I'm looking to buy Steelseries Apex 3 TKL. Budget < RM300

But still open to any suggestions for quiet membrane keyboards? For work + gaming.

Already surveyed corsair k55, hyperx alloy core and razor ornata v3. Anyone with experience, please suggest. Thanks.

Dear sifus,

Is there any way to own a house while being a bankrupt?

Scenario :-

I'm working full time for many years. Wife is not working. But for many years, every single time salary is out, transferred to wife's account immediately.

Currently engaging with an agent that says that he has lubang/loophole to help me purchase our first home. But we need to pay RM13k+++ up front as fees.
He says it's guaranteed. But I have to wait for 5-6 months before the loan is approved and getting the house etc.

Fees mentioned isn't inclusive of Agreements / lawyer fees / SPA, so on and so forth. Just the fee to help with the process of my wife's details and information
to be clean/new and to be submitted to relevant authorities. ONLY then, we could proceed further.

Question :-

1) Is this legit? In terms of the offered service to help secure the name(wife)/profile(clean profile)needed to process onwards to obtaning the loan and so on.
In terms of the law, I know this isn't legit. But we're desperate to own a house. Can this way work?

2) Any sifus can confirm or maybe even pm me if there are any other ways to secure a loan?

3) Any other way to use my wife's name to purchase a house?

Been servicing insolvency all this time. Long way to go before release.
No other willing family members to help out in their name.
