Hi, anyone can recommend/suggest a server reusing old motherboard and psu and case which is an msi z87 g41 pc mate and cm 725w psu or raidmax 1000w ae psu and a corsair 400r,HDD recommendation is needed also,would prefer to keep this as cheap as possible, main usage is file storage.

Hi, so i was upgrading to a new motherboard and psu,when i finished, i entered the uefi bios and found that all 3 of my hdds werent there whereas 2 of my ssds were detected perfectly, then i realised i didnt connect the sata power to 2 of them so i connected them.When booting, all 3 still arent spinning when i heard a loud pop from one of them and it was smoking, thankfully i thought, it was one of my empty drives.However the other 2 still arent powered up.By now you wouldve thought my pc burned or some shiet but it was just 1 of the hdds so i swapped cables and still 2 of them remained the same way, except that 1 of the 2 powered on with click sounds(oh boy clicksofdeathx) it wad weird cos all 3 were perfectly working before.Any ideas why this happened and how to fix(dont mind the obviously dead and smoking one)? I really need the data from the drives sorry for too long

Hi, so I had an r9 280x and a 750w psu lying around so i thought why not build a mAtx/mItx pc, one that i can use when balik kampung or let smaller siblings use when i go back,i'll be doing it in a white/blue theme.
Any suggestions or parts to change? preferably around rm1.5k to 2k budget, i'll be using this mainly to play quite heavy games,benchmarking,some OCing(looking forward to push it to 4.5ghz or more hopefully got good silicon).Also can suggest monitor also?

PC wont boot after power outage

Hi,so i had a power outage earlier in the morning, while my pc was running and the power came back on while i was away.When i returned i couldnt switch on the pc so i unplugged the power cable and waited for awhile,and when i plugged it in it powers up but the monitor shows no video,help?

Hi,since some of the new games aren't supporting 32bit anymore,im going to change from 32 bit to 64bit so i was wondering whether you need to reformat the whole drive or just move to 64bit,and if it needs to format,is there a way to keep all my settings? thanks in advance
