Singapore not fast pace place, it is a lie

I just started working for few days in singapore. Coming from Johor to Singapore, those who walk very fast mostly Johorean, even in Singapore those who walk fast fast mostly malaysian. I realised that Mall in Singapore also start late and close early. Working hours not as much as Malaysian. Malaysian works in Malaysia mostly OT due to low salary. But Singapore very different. I had high expectations toward singaporean but singaporean actually are okay2 people , not fast pace compared to Malaysian who work in Klang valley. Anyone work in Singapore, can share your opinion?

Hi All. Good day. I am currently working in Singapore and live in Johor earning 3500sgd which is arround rm13k, after i paid all my debt, groceries, food transportation, I still have rm7000+ per month or sometimes more.
I am 29 years old, and contributing no epf/cpf or any retirement savings. So I plan to do investment, aiming for at least 9% per year. So I could have at least 5mil or more by the time I retire Which platform I can save for this kind of interest/divident/return?

Hi everyone, I am currently working as assistant store manager in retail store in Malaysia and approached by recruiter of Chinese listed retail company. He said i will be workiin china and reporting under china boss and frequently flying to countries to oversee the retail stores there as well. I am okay but my chinese is bery limited proficiency but he said he was okay with my proficiency. My concern is how is life in China? hi guys, i just started working, with salary 6.4k gross and 5.4k Net. Just worked for 3 months only. previously i Applied Maybank adn public Bank botj got rejected. But I really want a credit card as my CTOS is still 0. I need a good score since i plan to buy car soon. Can anyone suggest which Bank can easily approve credit card? should i apply for basic one or follow my salary.

So I got 2 jobs offer in bank.
1. RHB Bank
Sales executive (Auto Loan)
low basic, big commission, manager said his staff salary is more than his salary

2. Public bank
Bancaasurance
high basic, selling insurance, I don't know much about this

3. Uniqlo UMC otw undergo final interview which they will select multiple candidate
salary is biggest among all Basic is RM3800 during training, after 6 months become assistant manager(salary 4-5k basic and take home salary can be 5k+ after OT, with 2 times bonus per year), after 2-3 years will become store manager (salary 6k-8k, 2 times bonus), after 5-10 years they will promote to operate manager or star employees.

if you which one you will choose, let's say 3 of those all offers you.

hey guys, I just registered my car as a Grab Car. and it was manufacture 2011 which is exactly 7 years. I understand that cars more than 7 years are not eligible to be Grab Car. Do I have to buy a new car next year or I can use my Honda City 2011 next year. by the way, Next year the car will be 8 years old.

Can a STPM Science Stream Student take accounting? so I am now studying medicine. Seriously I have no interest at medicine. it takes 5 years to graduate and 2 years work with government with 2.5k salary. for me it's quite low. Besides, I like money management more than science. I don't know if you guys know about this or not.
As for me, STPM should be given first priority when compared to Matrikulasi, Asasi, Diploma. STPM is not as easy as abc. it's 5times harder than Matrikulasi. Government still not give any chance to non-bumi. This prove government is racist. They expect all Non-bumis are rich, but the fact is that most of non-bumis are poor because they are given pertolongan like all those bumis by the goverment. What say you?

How to grow taller at Gym?

Hey guys. I am male, 18 years old, 165cm and 56kg. I am going to gym everyday. I started a month ago going to gym because I saw a lot of transformation in youtube. They grow taller when they started to bulk. They start to grow taller slower when they are cutting. So what I am doing everyday is I eat a lot and do intense workout. I also take whey protein and casein. Actually my voice had just change to more mature 20+days after I workout. Does it means I am hitting puberty? It's quite late. huhuhu. I am not fan of Justin Bieber, but everyone knows that his voice change quite late and he is short. My mom and my sister also hit puberty quite late. I want to grow taller. How? huhuhu. Any tall guy here? tell me about your lifestyle.

Biology STPM Student 2013/2014

Hi I am STPM Biology student. I am currently studying second semester for the subjects Bio,Chemis, Math T and Pengajian AM.
This is my sem 1 result. I regretted for not study hard. Now, I am confused. I am wondering if there any STPM leaver could get CGPA 3.0 if their sem 1 result is like this?
BIO=2.67
Chemis=2.00
Math=1.00
PA=2.67
Overall, it is not good. I got 6A for SPM and A+ for all Science subjects but SPM does not really matter at all.
I want to seek for STPM Leaver advise, can I get better result? STPM sem 2 will be on 20 of May which is next 2 week. I am not ready yet but decide to study 14 hours a day like what I did last year. But I just studied Bio last year. I think second semester is a bit easier but I am confused. Sometimes, I decide to give up and take A level at Taylor. Initially, my dream was to become a doctor but I heard to become a doctor you need CGPA 4.0 plus next year KPM will stricken the requirement for MBBS. I have no interest at art stream at all, because I always do well in Bio small test, always 85% and above and my interest is always for science.
Seeking for advice.
