take out my sunday night made egg mayo from pantry fridge (made 15 eggs, RM7 ish) fake butter , roti RM3

free drillz of amoi eggs (sudah mao habis liao kena sapu by koliks)

slap dem fake butter and wait few seconds

spread those artillery blockers wide and thicc

spread dem amoi eggs on one side, amount up to u, i like mine thicc

done 2min effort job and still get paid

goal of URA "develop city old housing/building to new ones"

doesnt matter how many % agree, once u get it, redevelopment the place, u pindah the current tenants to temporary place fully covered/sponsored by gomen or developer temporary placement must be of same value as current place,

dateline for redevelopment must be strict, residents must be able to impose harsh penalty if promise not kept.

once finish destroy old building, build back the new condo, place the same family in to the same place unit, apa susah? no hoohaa about compensation tak cukup, no issue about race. kan nice?

isnt this what it should be? gomen that does policies that actually benefits the common folks instead of benefiting the developers, compensation so shady and unclear they are liable to abuse?

less than 10 years per plate increase +/- 40% to 60%
let's say u eat 2 plate per day times 30 days

2016 = RM195 per month for 2 meals a day
2025 = RM330 per month for 2 meals a day (extra RM135 per month for just one item in your daily life)

cina teh ais in 2016 is like rm0.50?
in 2025 it is RM1.00 per cup, whopping 50% increase for a cup thats literally powder and water (hardly any change in cost counting inflation for seller)
