Choices for Partime Studies

Is there any choice aside from OUM for getting partime study (bachelor degrees) in finance field?
As i'm interested on investment & stuffs.

Based on my understanding,
UTAR & WOU were out of my lists due to the different courses offered but not finance courses.
Brickfield Asia College, they do offered UK transfer-degree courses but they are not entirely part-time since it required to transfer to UK for completing a degree course. It's fastest path to get a bachelor degree, i assumed? However it costed alot though.

FYI, i am 26 years old & hardly to get a job related to finance(investment/banking based), thus i'm confronting myself to get a bachelor degree.
I'm choosing partime studies because i dont have any financial support & i need to work to pay for rentals & others.

Any advice on the the decision i made because i'm kinda confused.
Is there any better choice on getting a bachelor degrees?
