Used Car - Advice needed

I am planning to purchase a used car (not Perodua or Proton) but got stuck at making my choice. As I think that it would be easier to look for the car to buy once I have decided on the model I want.
Currently the car models on my mind are:
Peugeot 308
Ford Fiesta
Mitsubishi Mirage
These are the models I would prefer cause I am looking for a small size car. I actually want Peugeot 308 but a lot of my friends told me that the repair and service charge are extremely expensive.

There are also some conventional car models like Toyota Vios and Honda City which I dont prefer.

Please give me some advice on the used car model.

Coach or Braun Buffel

Hope that I am posting in the right place.

Cause I wanted to buy a new wallet.
Budget around RM500.
Cause I am in Penang. So I actually considering Coach or Braun Buffel.

Found one Coach Wrislet ( however it looks more to a proper wallet which I can see.)
Then a Braun Buffel at RM519. It's simpler. Don't have much design or instead no design.

Now I am wondering which is a better brand.
Coach or Braun Buffel?

Anyone been using these brands before?

This is not my first thread in asking for opinion
my budget is below 3k. would be better if around 2.5k.
actually is for uni purpose but i am only taking English for Profs in USM.

This is what i could found but i do not know about the pricing.

the ASUS Zenbook prime will be ok though i actually prefer a touch screen one.

i5 will be ok.

The internal memory could vary according to the price.

What's the requirement to pilot a yacht which is about 20 - 30 tan

I have ASA (American Sailing Association ) Sailing qualification
-Basic Keelboat Sailing Standard (ASA 101)
-Basic Coastal Cruising Standard (ASA 103)

It is private and not for commercial.

Am i qualify to pilot the yacht with the qualification above?

Drive a Van In FRANCE

I am asking this question on behalf on my boss..
He went abroad to France and he wanted to rent a van in France.
He has International Driving License.
If he were to drive a van in France ( more that 9 passangers), does he need another license?
or it is ok with an International Dring License?
