I made a payment of RM792 to purchase the paypal from him around 10.50pm 11 February 2009 Wednesday. He suddenly went offline in msn until he PM me this morning around 9.20am. He told me that he has some problem with his paypal currently. I then asked him to refund but he is still offline until now. It's my mistake for not searching properly before i made the payment to him. He is one of the trader until the successful tradelist of justin89. So he's warned now and deserves a dispute tag if he does not reply to me.
