Outlook Express, Email problems(attachments)

hi there ,

as we all know, tm net/nut had blocked port smtp in some certain area

therefore , to rectify this problem/matter , we have to use smtp-tm.net.my as our smtp

instead of smtp.something.com . Well This works at 1st because there is incoming and outgoing mail

activity , however , problems seem to occur

and out of my horror, over 10s of the branches ( clients company ) are unable to send emails

with attachments using outlook express. So , the questions here , did the blocks affect the attachments going thru ?

Btw, some are able to receive attachments and most of them are unable to send them

So pls , could anyone that faced such problems, IT solutionIST , enlighten me on what i did wrong ?

[WTA]VB.NET ..displaying timer countdown

hey all,
i've been doing a program , and part of my program involve the Timer object from vb.net .. part of it require the input for the timer.interval .. and when the interval ends or = 0 , it will execute a message .. which is working now ,

however . . i'm unable to display the countdown of the timer in a Label . . the Output on the label i'm expecting is something like :

" eg: 06 sec Remaining"

every 1 sec decreases will replace the 06 sec with 05 sec

is there anyway it can be done ?? or am i using the wrong object ?
