Colon Cancer Treatment

Hi all, lately my relative has been diagnosed with colon cancer (rectosigmoid carcinoma).

I would like to seek for hospital recommendation for treatment, preferably gov or semi-gov, due to relative don't have medical card.

Location can be based KL, or Malacca.

Or anyone who had the same experience, mind to share the cost for the treatment?

Dear all, I would like to ask, to request for marriage application form JPN.KC02 from JPN, is it currently only can do via online appointment booking?
I had called out to their branch numbers, but sadly no answer from it.

Hence, anyone has been done this procedures recently and please share some feedback?
Checked on their online appointment booking, for UTC branch, the latest available slot is after June, which is too long to wait..

House Lighting and Wiring

Dear all, would like to seek opinions from you guys here.

Recently just purchased a house, and now was planning to do the lighting and wiring installation.
I plan to just install those lighting and AC point wiring will be enough without putting any plaster ceiling.

Now my inquiry as below.

1. Which type of lightning is recommended?
- Living hall (2 power points)
- Entrance hall (1 power point)
- Dining hall (1 power point)
- Kitchen (1 power point) - worry if just install a single light only will not bright enough.
- 3 room (master, 2nd, 3rd) - each room 1 power point.
- Hallway (1 power point) - connected with all the rooms

I have done survey on the mounted surface light and also the downlight, I am just not sure on what type of power wattage will be enough to lights up the partition listed above. Need advise on this.

2. AC point wiring.
- Normally what is the market price now ya? For both concealed and non-concealed.

3. Any brands of fan is recommended? Good quality and reasonable price.

Hi guys, recently I had applied for housing loan, however my application get rejected. I have cross checked my ccris report, all are clean without any late payment due.

May I know, apart from ccris record, what else bank are taking into the credit assessment?

E-Filing PCB declaration

Dear all, would like to ask what should I do if I have following situation before I submit my e-Filing for 2017.

Since last year, my company did not help me to auto deduct the PCB from my salary.
In EA form provided also did not mention any PCB payment.
Isn't that company should help employee to auto deduct the PCB from salary monthly?

Tenancy agreement for late payment charge

Hi all, is it common nowadays, owner tend to incur 10% extra charge on tenant if late payment?

I found this is quite unfair to tenant, as every month is a fixed amount rental pay as agreed in booking agreement.
And now there is extra charge incur if late payment.

Just not saying to break the rules or not, but now extra charge already.

What's you guys opinions?
