Need suggestions for laptop

Hi guys, I am looking for light gaming laptop and this is what i found to be best bang for the buck, MSI GL62M 7RDX-1825 15.6" FHD GAMING NOTEBOOK (I5-7300HQ, GTX1050, W10H). Is it a good option or are there any better option within the same price range.

Recently, i've looked upon the Mechatronic Engineering course in APU. They offer pretty affordable fee for local students. I was wondering if this a good reputated university. Anyone have experiences mind to share some info with me, or are there any other suggestions?

HELP ! weird desktop problem

I want to reformat my old desktop and it was successful in the past but during today's attempt my pc was unable to boot from cd ( I have already set the priority to boot from floppy and cdrom) . But instead it stuck in a screen with 1 / 2 line and keep changing colour. Is this a sign of virus? I was able to start window normally when i set SATA as priority.
Plus when i start my pc it will show me `chasis intruded` then i need to restart pc and it will boot normally again.
Im using ASUS desktop with window XP.
