Taman TTDI Jaya review

Hi guys I would like to know if anyone of you familiar with Taman TTDI Jaya Seksyen U2 Shah Alam. Is the area always affected by flash flood, especially during the 2021 crisis is it one of the heavily affected area or just the surrounding Shah Alam was flooded? Eyeing a landed property there but concerned if flooding is a huge issue 😟

Hi all, would like to ask your opinion on which is the better choice in terms of investment in the long run. Currently looking to buy my first house, working in Dutamas area. At first wanted to buy landed but then not much choice available for my tight budget.. ie renovation cost, further location etc..
So currently interested in these two projects because location quite good and price <RM500k for 3r2b. My concern is for J satine seem very high density (3000+ units) and Rumawip dunno how long the approval process and not familiar with the developer.
M Astra on the other hand seem promising eventho more expensive with almost similar size (850sqft 410k) but 2 car park, and I heard alot of bad rep for MahSing projects. Is MS that bad? Also density quite high but tolerable.
Both building sites are pretty close together and so many existing condos, apart from traffic jams, in the future will it be difficult to rent out because too much supply of condos around that area?
I also looked into The Era Duta North, but a bit over my budget for a 3r2b and might be affected by flash flood.

I'm looking to buy new project landed property with easy access to KL.. max distance 45km. Working in dutamas area. Is it possible to find with Price less 600k? Honestly tired and overwhelmed by ads in social media agents never put location properly. Considered cybersouth area but open to see other areas as well.. thanks.

Hi.. anyone received this also? It said on mysejahtera im a casual contact.. but on the apps never said i need to quarantine, only practicr sop and answer self assessment daily for 14days.. however my mysejahtera profile risk becomr red.. i travel daily by lrt and occasionally kena tahan by the guards coz the status is red.. im just afraid i kena saman only. But my job nature cannot work from home.. so how..? Right now i never tell my bos yet coz im afraid they gonna laid me off..

Qutting housemanship, going for education line

Right now a few months going through housemanship, realized that this job is not for me. Not that i havent realized earlier, but parents always forced to finish med school first la, try HO first la then only deciee. So im deciding now. Would like to know which masters programme i can try apply for, im thinking of venturing into preclinical teaching career .. anyone going through the same phase as me? Need advice pls

Questions regarding MARA 2012 scholarship

Im currently studying in foundation programme at CUCMS under MARA scholarship, leading to MBBS.. however ive had some difficulties with the uni lately and i would like to know whether I could continue my degree in other uni while still under MARA's funding.. Ive been eyeing to go to MSU MBBS programme, since it was one of the choices when i applied for MARA, so does MSU accepts my uni's foundation result? so far my gpa is 4.00 and im at my fourth sem now, which is the last sem for this foundation programme. hope someone can give me some info about this matter.. tq.
