Item(s) conditions: The cards works(still using it now) but it randomly got an error massage “Display driver failed to start". Monitor then becomes blank, sometimes it recovered and sometimes I need to restart my PC to get the display back. It's totally random, sometimes it happens a few times a day and sometimes none at all.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Insider Build. The problem start a couple of days after I install the latest updates, but I'm not sure it's related or not. I already tried using older version of Nvidia drivers, but the problem persists. So I guess maybe there's something wrong with the card itself.

Some says it might be the PSU, but I have no budget for a new PSU now. Btw, I'm using a 500W psu, but forgot what brand. I think it's King Win, or something like that.
I'm selling this as a semi-faulty card. I don't really know what is the latest pricing for GPUS, so if you're interested please make an offer. Thanks.

PSU Wont Boot

Hello, I have some question to ask.

First of all, this is the PC spec:
Intel i5 2400
MSI B75A-E31
Zotac GTX650 (no pcie pin version)
Corsair CX500M
8GBx2 rams + 120GB SSD (both hyperX fury)
1TB WD blue HDD and 5 case fans

A couple of days ago while using my PC, it suddenly shut off then restarted soon after. The fans is spinning but it won't boot to windows and no beep code.
I know a thing or two about troubleshooting computers, so I took out both of my rams and I could hear the 'no ram' beep code.
So I swapped the ram slot and everything was okay.
Until a few hours later, my PC shut off again. This time, no matter what I did, there's no beep code.

I took out the CX500M PSU and tested it on my old HP Dx7300 with pentium dual core e2200+4GB ddr2 and it boots just fine.
Because there were no beep code and the PSU seems to be working on other system, I thought my mobo has died.

The next day, I install an old cap ayam X-FIVE 250W psu to my i5 system and it boot in first try.
When I put the CX500M, my system wont post at all.
Finally I tested the CX500M on another working system, a C2Duo e8400 with Gigabyte P43-ES3G and 6GB of DDR2 rams, it failed to boot also.

So now the CX500M cannot get my i5 and Core2Duo system to boot, but working fine with a Dual core system.
Is this means the PSU is faulty?

Dead Power Board

Recently lightning strike has fried my modem and everything that are connected to it, including my Samsung monitor.
My motherboard is still working but the ethernet port is unusable. So now I want to repair my monitor.
The monitor power board is full of burnmarks but LCD controller board seems fine.

I think i found a spare part for the power board on taobao. The problem is, my knowledge regarding this matter is very limited. I'm not really sure whether the part is compatible or not.

My monitor is Samsung Syncmaster B2330 23"
My dead power board model is PW12304PC (A) rev 1.0:

Model number is the same, but revision is different. It does comes with LCD controller but smaller than mine. My LCD controller have HDMI port and headphone jack though all connectors are identical.

dead motherboard

Hello guys, I need a little help on how to dertermine or to make sure whether my motherboard is really dead or not.

Here's the story. My pc was working just fine last night.
I downloaded a game and wanted to play it. One of my GPU fan is not working, so i thought maybe I should swap GPU first as I fear my GPU might burn because of the game demanding graphic.

So i took out my spare GPU and install it on my PC. Then when I pressed the power button, nothing happens.

I have a fully working spare PC so Im really sure my PSU,GPU,RAMS,PROCS and everything else is in working condition.
I've try to swap out components but nothing work.

The mobo seems like it has no power. Fan is not spinning, no beep code, no sign of life, nothing.

Is the mobo dead? How to make sure ya? The mobo got no led.
It was working fine last night, I shut it down myself.
How can this morning suddenly dead.

Now I have taken out everything from the casing. How can I power on the mobo without using power button? Like a jumper or something? I used to have a swith for this, but i cant find it now.

My casing got 1 USB 3.0 port but it is unusable because my motherboard doesn't support USB 3.0. So I'm thinking to buy something like this :

Should I use above adapter, will I be able to use the USB port as a 3.0 or just 2.0 ?

My proc idle temp is around 46° to 53° and it can increase to around 60° when playing games.
I noticed after a few hours of surfing, my PC would become somewhat laggy.
Could it be the high temperature that causing it?

I'm using i3 2100 with stock cooler.
Is it normal to have temp like this?
